If you really want to give these ribs a Hawaiian flavor add some pineapple
juice to the basting sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds pork spareribs, cut into individual ribs
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
3 tablespoons green onions, minced
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
PREPARATION:
Combine lemon juice and 2 of the garlic cloves in a shallow dish. Add
ribs and turn to coat evenly. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Combine teriyaki sauce, green onions and the other clove of garlic in
a bowl.
