This is a simple way to turn country style pork ribs into some delicious
barbecue. INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds country style pork ribs, boneless
1 tablespoon oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce PREPARATION:
Trim excess fat from ribs. Brown ribs in a hot skillet with oil. Drain
and transfer ribs to slow cooker or Crock-Pot. Place onion slices over
ribs and pour barbecue sauce over top.
Cook for 8 to 10 hours
