1 package dry onion and mushroom soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water PREPARATION:

oil in a large skillet; brown steak pieces on both sides. Place half of
round steak, carrots, and onions in crockpot. Combine dry onion and mushroom
soup mix with cream of mushroom soup and water. S
Pour half of sauce over steak, carrots, and onions. Repeat layers. Cook
on high 4 to 6 hours.
Serves 8 to 12.
Note from Ness: By the way...This recipe sounds alot like a pot roast
I make often. I just toss a 2-3 lb. roast (I never brown it first) in
the slow cooker/Crock Pot with whatever veggies I have, usually carrots
& potatoes, and add a can of cream of mushroom soup and a half can
of water. It sort of makes its own gravy from the cream of mushroom soup.
