Rice pudding slow cooker recipe
Slow Cooker Caramel Rice Pudding
Classic rice pudding made slow cooker easy!
3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method of cooking Rice pudding slow cooker recipe
1. Spray inside of 2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients except sugar and cinnamon in cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until liquid is
absorbed. Stir pudding.
4. Sprinkle pudding with sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm.
Note: This recipe was tested in slow cookers with heating elements in
the side and bottom of the cooker, not in cookers that stand only on a
heated base. For slow cookers with just a heated base, follow the manufacturer’s
directions for layering ingredients and choosing a temperature
