1 to 1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
3/4 cup quick barley
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
8 to 12 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker/Crock Pot; mix well. Cover
and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.
