1 lb firm tofu
1 can vegan black bean and salsa dip
1 onion
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
vegan tofu yoghurt
Directions:
Combine tofu, onion, black bean dip and oats in a food processor. place
in a 9 by 13 in. cooking pan that has been sprayed with non - stick cooking
spray. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour at around 350 degrees
F. Serve with tofu yoghurt, any kind tastes fine.
*If you cant find the dip, try regular instant black bean mix with 1/3c.
salsa. You can also add corn kernels and whole black beans if you like.
