Cheesy Salsa Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
SHAPE into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan.
BAKE 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let
stand 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices to serve.
