Mom's Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1/2 pound ground pork
• 1 cup minced onion
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoons salt
• 3/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and
combine, mixing by hand. Transfer mixture into 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake
1 hour, 15 minutes. Meatloat should be firm to the touch and golden brown
on top. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before transferring to serving platter.
