Into a saucepan, mix together all marinade ingredients; bring to a boil.
Pour boiling mixture over beef cubes, into a bowl.
Leave to marinate for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight.
Alternately thread beef and vegetables cubes onto skewers.
Bake into a preheated 450°F [230°C] oven onto higher rack or barbecue,
for 10 minutes on each side.
