Barbecue meat loaf recipe
1 1/2 pound [680 g] beef cubes
Vegetables pieces, to taste
Marinade
1/2 cup [125 mL] ketchup
1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
2 tablespoons [30 mL] Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons [30 mL] regular barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons [30 mL] sugar
2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar
1/4 cup [60 mL] water
2 tablespoons [30 mL] oil
Preparation
Into a saucepan, mix together all marinade ingredients; bring to a boil.
Pour boiling mixture over beef cubes, into a bowl.
Leave to marinate for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight.
Alternately thread beef and vegetables cubes onto skewers.
Bake into a preheated 450°F [230°C] oven onto higher rack or barbecue,
for 10 minutes on each side.
