Chicken Italian 2 ingredients
3 1/2 lb Skinned chicken
1 Onions
1 can Mushrooms
1 Italian cooking sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
How to Prepare Chicken Italian 2
1. Place chicken in 9' x 12' baking dish.
2. Place onion and mushrooms over chicken.
3. Pour sauce over all. Cover.
4. Cook about one hour in 350 °F. Oven. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
5. Note: 2 tablespoons dried minced onions may be substituted for the
chopped onion.
