Apple oat crisp ingredients
3 small Apples, cored & sliced
1/2 cup Apple sauce
1/2 tsp. Lemon rind
1 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
TOPPING
1 oz. Quick oats
2 tbsp. Whole-wheat flour
2 tbsp. Brown sugar
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. diet margarine
How to Prepare Apple oat crisp
1. : mix the base mix in an 8" baking dish.
2. Combine the topping mix and crumble over the apples.
3. Bake 350, 35-40 minutes.
4. Exchanges: ½ bread, ½ fat, 1 fruit, 35 calories.
