You Too Can Make Tofu Tofu is a very versatile food. It is made of soybean curd, and soaks up the flavor of whatever it accompanies in meals. A good tofu press should comfortably fits one full batch of coagulated soy milk. One batch of fresh soy milk makes approximately 195-395 grams of great tasting tofu. You can even make your own flavored tofu and tofu dessert, or add your favorite herbs in to make delicious herb tofu.
