Fried Tofu Recipe Heat the oil over medium-high heat, then add the tofu pieces. Fry, uncovered and undisturbed, until golden brown. This will take at least 7 minutes, so don't check until then. Turn each piece and repeat. Serve immediately. Tasty with peanut sauce. Has a nice chewy/crunchy texture.
