Old Traditional bay crab cake recipe

Mix:
1 egg
2 tablespoons mayonaise
1 teaspoon Old Bay
2 tablespoons W-Shire
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Put 1 lb. crabmeat on a cookie sheet and spread it out
Pour mixture on crab meat
Pour 1/2 cup crushed saltines on top and barely fold it together. Use an ice cream scoop and make your cakes--- do not mush them together to much.

Put them in the fridge for an hour and cook 4 minutes on each side on medium.
