Ingredients225 g butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup NESTLÉ Dark NESTLÉ Choc Bits
Method
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Cream the butter in a medium bowl. Beat in the sugar and condensed milk.
Cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Sift the flour and baking powder. Stir into the butter mixture with the
NESTLÉ Choc Bits.
Roll the mixture into balls 2-3cm in diameter. Place on a lightly greased
oven tray. Press the biscuits down with a fork.
Bake in the preheated oven for 14-18 minutes or until the biscuits are
golden brown.
