Marinated Chicken
Add flavors to your plain chicken breast dinner with this easy marinade.
Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
For extra Flavoring:
1 tbsp Seasoned salt
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
Preparation
Put the chicken breasts and dressing in a sturdy plastic bag and close
it (add seasoning if desired). Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken breasts are completely
done (no pink inside).
Cook's Notes
Store-bought Italian dressing works great with this. While the chicken
is baking, make a simple green salad.
Serve it with your own garlic bread. Cut a loaf of French bread in half
horizontally and spread it with softened butter mixed with a little minced
garlic or garlic powder. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and pop
it in the oven for 5-8 minutes.
