Healthy Chicken Recipe
Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup -- condensed
1 Soup Can skim milk -- or water
3/4 cup rice -- uncooked
1 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions:
Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add
skim milk (or water). Add 3/4 cup of rice (NOT the instant kind), one
cup of water, a chicken bullion cube, and peas, broccoli, or any other
vegetables. Cook on low all day (about 8 hours) or high 4-5 hours.
