INGREDIENTS:
1 whole chicken breast cut into six pieces
1/3 cup concentrated apple juice
1 tablespoon sesame oil
pepper and salt to taste
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
PREPARATION:
Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken
covered, in the refrigerator, for at least 2 hours. Bake it in hot oven
for 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
