8 oz Skinless, boneless chicken breast
3 tbsp Seasoned Italian-style breadcrumbs
Hot pepper sauce
Nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Spray chicken with cooking spray; brush
to coat completely. Coat chicken in breadcrumbs; gently brush with hot
pepper sauce.
Bake 20 minutes, until cooked throughout and juices run clear.
Divide chicken breast in half for 2nd serving
