INGREDIENTS:
HERB BUTTER: 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2
teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) CHICKEN:
4 (4-oz) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 In small bowl, combine all herb butter ingredients; blend well. Spray
broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken on sprayed pan;
brush with half of herb butter.
2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken
is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once and brushing with remaining
herb butter.
