* 2 to 3 pounds cubed beef
* 3 to 4 tablespoons flour
* 1 can chopped tomatoes (any size you desire)
* 2 carrots, cubed
* 1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
* 1 sliced or chopped onion
* 1 chopped turnip (optional)
PREPARATION:
Take some cubed beef, brown it in some flour, then transfer to slow cooker.
Add a can of chopped tomatoes, a couple of carrots cubed, celery, onion,
one turnip (optional) a little salt and pepper-then add enough water to
completely cover all the vegetables and meat. Let cook for approximately
