1 lb. Stew beef
1/4 cup all-purpose Flour
1 onion, chopped
3 Tblsp. Oil
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Tomato juice or V-8 juice
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 cup Carrots, sliced
2 cups Potatoes, quartered
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Celery, sliced
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
Dredge cut meat in flour and brown in oil. Add onion, tomato juice, salt,
pepper, and garlic powder. Stir and pressure cook for 15 minutes.
