1 lb stew meat
4 carrots, cut in pieces
4 potatoes, cut in quarters
1 large onion, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
3 tbsp tapioca
2-1/2 cup tomato juice
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Put vegetables and meat in large roasting pan. Mix remainder of ingredients
and pour this juice mixture over meat and vegetables. Seal pan with foil
and then cover tightly with lid. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 5 hours
