Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine sugar and next 3
ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients
are moistened.
Pour batter into an 8 ½ -x4 ½-x3-inch loafpan coated with
cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes;
remove from pan, and let cool completely on wire rack.
