1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped nuts

FREE BANANA BREAD
Mix sifted flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Beat together oil, sugar
and water. Add bananas. Add to flour mixture. Stir in nuts and blend well.
Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until done.
Let cool, then wrap.
