This quick and easy chicken wing recipe makes a wonderful addition to
any party or gathering. This chicken wing recipe is different from buffalo
chicken wings and makes a nice change.
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings
1 cup soya sauce
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vermouth
Kitchen scissors
Measuring cup and measuring spoons
Mixing bowl
Cookie sheet
Cocktail Chicken Wings
Clip tips off wings and cut wings into two (wings and drumettes). Mix
remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken wings and marinate
in the refridgerator for at least four hours. Place marinated wings and
sauce on to a cookie sheet. Bake in a 350º F oven for one hour turning
wings often. Drain off remaining sauce. Serve.
